“I treat each problem as if it were my own.”

There are many details to be attended to in all real estate transactions. I've seen them all and am prepared to give each client the benefit of many years of experience.

Estate planning involves much more than simply providing for the disposition of assets at death. My experience spanning many decades will assist you in achieving peace of mind.

We often assist with the transfer of assets to a beneficiary, at a given point, filing an estate inventory with the Surrogate’s Court is accomplished, and soon thereafter the termination of the estate can begin.

I have represented clients in the purchase and sale of factories, restaurants, franchises, condos and co-ops, cattle, leases, computer support companies, and other commodities.

I enjoy what I do. The challenges of each client are different. All are of primary importance to them, and I treat each problem as if it were my own. Mostly, I love interacting with people. In many instances the clients I’ve served, and the attorneys with whom I’ve dealt, have become great friends.

I was taught that law is a special calling. Since passing the Bar Exam in 1966 I’ve practiced law in the Mid-Hudson Valley. I know and understand Mid-Hudson’s communities, people and institutions. This knowledge in the context of my knowledge of local, State, and Federal law becomes an advantage and benefit for my clients.

The best lawyers always strive to represent their clients ethically and with skill regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity or income status. It’s a standard I keep sacred.
